Prices for Drumboy Lodge.
Drumboy Lodge costs from £70 per night to £108 per night - high season.
Why not come on holiday with your friends? Two families sharing the accommodation would therefore only pay between £245 to £378 each, to stay in a beautiful 4 star lodge for a week !!
The Lodge sleeps 8 with ease. With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, there is more than plenty of room for all .
(Another small spare bed and travel cot can be made available if required).

We also offer £100 discount on complete week bookings for 4 people or less. ( Excl. specials).

Short breaks available  - 2 nights £250
                                      - 3 nights £300 (except during the summer and festive season, when it is £350).

Easter short break   11th to 15th April  - 4 nights - £300

Drumboy Lodge - terms and conditions.

Here is a copy of our Terms and conditions. -  (You will be asked to sign a copy of these upon arrival).

Weeks normally run from Friday to Friday. Please contact us for any other combination of dates, as we will try our best to accommodate you.

Arrival from 3 pm on arrival date to 10 am departure date. (We do try to be much earlier with our arrival time than this. We stay closely in touch near your arrival date, so that you can be in as early as possible).

Bookings will not be accepted by anyone under 21.

The owners reserve the right to decline a booking, for any reason.

Please note : Only the persons booked into the Lodge may enter / stay in the Lodge.

The hirer only has the right to occupy the property for the period agreed, for holiday purposes only.

The owners reserve the right to decline admittance to any person or persons who, in their opinion, is not suitable to take charge of the property. In such cases a full refund will be made, and the liability of the owners shall cease. No claims will be made against the owners for circumstances out with their control, which prevents them from letting the Lodge, e.g. fire, flood etc.

The hirer will be responsible for the condition of the Lodge, any breakages and it's entire contents during the hire period. The hirer (person responsible), will be deemed to be the person completing the booking form and / or signing these terms and conditions.

All damage or breakages must be reported, and any substantial ones, paid for.

The Lodge must be left in a clean, neat and tidy condition. 

Prices include all linen and towels.

For two week hires, the Lodge will be cleaned and sheets changed each Friday. Please note this can only be carried out if the Lodge and it's contents are left tidy.

Electricity and central heating are included in price.

Prices are inclusive of vat.

Outside bins are emptied every Wednesday.

Drumboy Lodge is a non-smoking area. Smoking is however, permitted in the garden.

Because the Lodge is built on a working farm, please note, no pets are allowed. 

A deposit of £150 is payable on booking complete week holidays, £100 is payable on weekend breaks.

A copy of a utility bill (e.g. telephone, gas etc.) must be sent to complete any booking request.

All deposits are non refundable. Cancellations must be confirmed in writing.

A booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received, and a confirmation has been issued by

Firm of T & G Dunbar.

The balance of the holiday is due one month before the arrival date. Non payment by this time, will indicate that you wish to cancel your holiday. Please arrange your own cancellation insurance to provide for refund in the event of circumstances causing cancellation. 

The owners believe the information on their website to be correct, but cannot accept any liability for any errors or misunderstandings.

The owners of the Lodge do not accept any liability for loss, damage, illness or injury suffered by persons whilst staying at the Lodge. 

It is important that you enjoy your holiday, and every effort has been made to ensure this, however, in the unlikely event of dissatisfaction, please contact the owners immediately so that the opportunity to rectify the problem is given.
